About us

The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing information and advice and by influencing policymakers. Citizens Advice use evidence of their clients' problems to campaign for improvements in laws and services that affect everyone.

Each local Citizens Advice is an independent registered charity. Citizens Advice Rochford & Rayleigh operates from two bases in Rochford District and provide the advice and information people from Rochford District and the surrounding area. With the assistance of a Chief Executive, the Board of Trustees are responsible for the running of the organisation. Without funding and volunteers Citizens Advice Rochford & Rayleigh could not continue to provide its services in Rochford District.
